Shipment and returns
All sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
We agree to ship the products in perfect condition.
All prices on Vanina Palmeto are in Euros (€).
All prices exclude shipping fees. These will be calculated at checkout.
All prices exclude custom fees or import duties. Extra charges may be applied. Please contact your local customs authority to calculate costs before placing an order. We are not responsible for extra charges on orders.
Please make sure your address it’s correct and secure. Delivery address can’t be changed once order has been placed. We do not refund packages lost in transit, stolen packages or unrecovered packages that have been confirmed as delivered. We do not refund packages that have been damaged during transit
We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued when returned to our offices and incur a forwarding fee.
All items are subject to availability. If the item your ordered is not available you will be contacted as soon as possible.
All orders have a processing time of 2-3 working days. Tracking will be provided by email once the order has been shipped.

Delivery times may vary due to logistics or other unforeseen circumstances.
The order will be considered as delivered when the company hands you the order, in accordance to the delivery company’s own control system.

When selecting these options at checkout, you will be directed to the their sites to complete your purchase before returning to Vanina Palmeto. Payment is only debited from your card at the time of dispatch.
